Shipping
For orders that indicate in stock and instant dispatch, the order will have a regular processing time of 1-2 days and then shipped. Most orders are processed and manufactured for each customer. We allow a processing time of between 5/15 working days for the order to be manufactured and then shipped, due to the slow-fashion, hand made nature of the boutique.
During busy seasonal periods, this can be extended.
If you require your order sooner, please contact us to confirm that the order will be processed and shipped on time for you. Similarly, there is a notes section when you reach the checkout and you can include any information that you might want us to know. Only once an order has been confirmed by us if needed sooner, will it then be processed and shipped for a specific date.
For UK orders, everything is shipping via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Transit times are between 1/3 working days.
For international orders, we use a courier depending on location and weight which generally varies between HERMES/DPD/UPS/DHL. For the most, transit times vary between 5/10 working days but can change due to location and weight of the order.
Once all orders are dispatched, you will receive an email notification to let you know your order is on the way.

Returns
In the event that you are not satisfied, clothing and accessories (excluding pierced jewellery/swimwear/underwear) purchased from the shop floor or online boutique can be returned and exchanged for another product or returned for a credit value. Personal sized orders and products that have been altered or customised and changed from the advertised piece are non returnable, all sales are final.
The return can be made within a 7 working day period from date of delivery for UK customers and 14 working days for international customers with a valid receipt/proof of purchase, providing the item has not been used, worn or shows no sign of wear and is in perfect, re-sellable condition with labels in tact. Please note that your intended return order/purchase will be rejected if there are any marks of make-up/artificial tan/body marks/odours/stains or any signs of wear etc.

Please use a reliable method of postage to return your purchase as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in the post if appropriate and reliable postage methods have not been covered by the customer. The customer is liable for any postage fees that you may incur to return the order back to Samantha Chong.
In the event of a non exchanged return, a credit value will be issued, valid for 6 months from date of return to be used by the customer only and is non transferable to another person. If your order has been returned by post, we keep your details on file once returned with the amount that the customer has on file. To redeem, simply email your new order. Credit values can not be used as a payment method for online purchases. Personal sized orders and products that have been altered or customised are non returnable.
For the exclusive hand crafted nature of the boutique with limited availability of products and time to manufacture the products, we do not operate a refund policy.
Technical
Please note that due to the visual operations of an individual's mobile or computer device, there could be some visual and brightness differences in relation to the product that you see online. All of our products are photographed with professional lighting and are not uploaded with a photoshop filter screening the original photograph.
General
All deposits are non refundable or transferable.
Any reduced product purchased in sale periods are non returnable or exchangeable. All sales are final.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
